(Tall Poppies – is a women’s organization in Bendigo who organized
and sponsored an organization similar to Young Women of the West. Jamie was
instrumental in providing information and leadership, and attended opening
ceremonies when she visited Australia in the Spring.)

Workshop - Enterprising programs for youth- Jamie will present an
overview of YEA! (Young Entreprenuers Association!) and discuss other youth
programs being conducted in the U.S.

Keynote Speaker – Jamie’s topic will include how the low unemployment
rate in Colorado Springs impacts employers-employees. She will also discuss
the YWOW program.
December 3 – Kulcha Shift Youth Leadership Forum

Jamie will be participating in the Youth Leadership 2000 forum with Emily
Reeves and Dave Turner, in the form of panel discussions and breakout
groups. The group will be discussing what can be done to support youth
programs in Southwest Australia in the year 2000 and beyond.
